Family Practice Services
I am able to provide you with medical care using an innovative method of delivery called micro practice. Please go to What is a Micro Practice section to learn more.
My practice is based on a patient-centred care model, in a non-judgemental and welcoming style for patients of all ages, genders and cultural backgrounds. This includes assessment and management of acute, sub-acute and chronic medical issues as well as preventive health care.
Please note that I do not provide the following 4 services:
Walk-in visits
Admissions to hospital
In-patient hospital care
Prenatal care and delivery of babies
Only registered patients can book an appointment.
Self Booking and Patient Portal Access
On June 15th 2019 we informed, via email, all registered patients about our New Patient Portal called Health Myself. Click here to read the communication letter.
Invitations were sent the same day to register on the portal. If your invitation has expired, please Contact Us to receive a new one.
If you have family members registered with us, you will be able to manage your under 16 year old children's bookings and communications within your account. For adults, you will need their authorization.
